Refund & Returns Policy

Digital Products Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (streaming accounts, software licenses), all sales are considered final once the credentials or keys have been delivered. We cannot accept "returns" of digital goods.

When Refunds Are Issued

We will issue a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • We are unable to deliver the product within 48 hours of payment verification.
  • The delivered account/key is invalid upon initial delivery, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 24 hours of you reporting the issue.
  • A billing error resulted in a duplicate charge.

Warranty Replacements

If an account stops working during its active warranty period, you are entitled to a free replacement. Refunds are not issued for mid-warranty drops; instead, the issue will be fixed or the account replaced.

If you experience issues, please contact our support team via WhatsApp immediately. Do not attempt to alter the account details, as this will void your warranty and eligibility for support.
